Because I hold a dedicated, quiet space specifically for you during our Zoom session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be subject to a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.
Life happens: I completely understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses occur. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.
